Cooking Classes

Every Bite Counts offers cooking classes for individuals, families, and corporate groups. All classes are designed with health and wellness in mind and emphasize “slow food” as an alternative to fast food and the use of over-processed products. From basic cooking to specific interests, work one-on-one with a Nutritionist/Chef and learn how to plan, shop, and prepare healthy meals and snacks. Recipes, tips/suggestions, and samples are provided.
